We offer flexible employment options, including full-time and part-time roles. Compensation includes a $750 daily base pay with the option to transition to 27% collections after 90 days, providing excellent earning potential. We do not participate in capitation or HMO plans, ensuring a focus on quality patient care.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Associate Dentist at Beyond Smiles in Niles, MI. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, diagnosing and treating dental issues, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients on oral health.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid state dental license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
